Reception Staff
Male or Female Staff for Hospital Reception with Rotational Shift Comfortability
Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Welcoming, welcoming, and directing clients, vendors, and staff.
- Communication: Answering, screening, and forwarding calls, as well as handling emails and correspondence.
- Administrative Tasks: Filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
- Scheduling: Managing calendars and scheduling meetings or appointments.
- Office Maintenance: Keeping the reception area tidy, organizing mail, and monitoring office supplies.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: High school diploma, HSC (10+2), or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or office management is preferred by some, particularly for higher-level positions.
- Experience: Often 0-1 years, or 6 months - 1 year of experience in a similar office or front-office role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), basic typing, and experience with office equipment like fax machines or switchboards.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, high organizational skills, professionalism, punctuality, and a strong customer service orientation.
- Age: Typically ranges from 18-30 years, though this varies by employer.
