Dr. Abhinav Agarwal is a renowned pediatric cardiologist and healthcare leader in Lucknow, with over a decade of experience in pediatric and neonatal cardiology. He currently serves as the Medical Director of ALTIS-KIPS Pediatric Superspeciality Hospital, where he contributes to clinical leadership, quality of care, and the development of advanced pediatric cardiac services. With advanced training from prestigious institutions including Narayana Health City, Bengaluru, and Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Dr. Agarwal specializes in fetal echocardiography, pediatric and neonatal echocardiography, device closures, and catheter-based cardiac interventions. Dr. Anupam Kumar is a dedicated pediatric intensivist with MD in Paediatrics from Indira Gandhi Institute of Child Health, Bangalore, and Fellowship in IDPCCM from Apollo Children's Hospital. He is recognized for his expertise in managing critically ill children and infants in high-acuity PICU settings, with strong skills in advanced ventilation strategies (invasive and noninvasive), emergency trauma stabilization, sepsis and shock management, neonatal intensive care, and procedures including intubation, central lines, and lumbar punctures. He has progressed through key roles Associate Consultant at Aster Whitefield Hospital, Bangalore, Senior Pediatric Intensivist at Aster CMI, Hebbal Bangalore, and Senior PICU Specialist at Aster RV, Bangalore. He has also contributed to medical research with multiple national and international publications. Passionate about teaching and quality care, Dr. Kumar conducts ICU skills training, POCUS workshops, and air transport sessions for PICU fellows and nurses, combining clinical acumen with multidisciplinary leadership to optimize patient outcomes, with a special interest in promoting safe PICU practices and advancing pediatric critical care.

Dr. Digvijay Chaudhary is an experienced pediatrician, academician, and healthcare education leader with a strong background in clinical practice, medical teaching, and academic administration. He currently serves as the Director – Clinical Operations & Academic at ALTIS-KIPS Pediatric Superspeciality Hospital, where he contributes to clinical operations, academic development, quality improvement, and the advancement of pediatric healthcare services. Dr. Chaudhary completed his MBBS from King George’s Medical University, Lucknow, and his MD in Pediatrics from Sarojini Naidu Medical College, Agra (DBRAU). With extensive teaching and clinical experience at institutions including Era Medical College and Sharda University, he has served as Associate Professor of Pediatrics. Passionate about medical education, Dr. Chaudhary is also the Founder & CEO of Rx Medical Academy, a medical education and coaching institute focused on NEET-PG, FMGE, PLAB, USMLE, NExT, and other medical entrance and licensing examinations. His experience as a trainer and mentor reflects his commitment to developing the next generation of healthcare professionals. Dr. Shivani Bajpai is a committed neonatologist with advanced training and robust clinical experience in managing critically ill neonates with congenital anomalies, extreme prematurity, and complex cardiopulmonary conditions. She earned her Post Doctoral Certificate in Neonatology from SGPGIMS, Lucknow, following her DNB Pediatrics from Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Pune, and MBBS from SVNGMC, Yavatmal. With over three years of frontline neonatal ICU exposure at SGPGIMS, she has actively led care for high-risk newborns, including post-operative management of congenital diaphragmatic hernia, tracheoesophageal fistula, and congenital vein of Galen malformation. Dr. Bajpai was also part of the institute’s first EXIT procedure—a pioneering multidisciplinary surgical intervention at birth. Her skill set includes advanced neonatal resuscitation, invasive ventilation including HFOV, surfactant therapy, central line placement, TPN preparation, and point-of-care diagnostics such as cranial and lung ultrasonography, bedside ECHO, thoracocentesis, paracentesis, and peritoneal dialysis. He currently serves as the Managing Director & CEO of ALTIS-KIPS Pediatric Superspeciality Hospital, where he leads hospital operations, business strategy, clinical excellence, organizational growth, and the development of patient-centered healthcare systems. As a healthcare entrepreneur, Dr. Mishra has extensive experience in building, managing, and scaling healthcare organizations. He previously served as Co-Owner and Consultant at EKAIV Multispeciality Hospital and JPS Children Hospital until September 2025. He is also the Founder of Helping Hand, a healthcare startup focused on delivering doorstep medical services. With an MD in Pediatrics, a Master’s in Pediatric Emergency Medicine from Apollo Medvarsity, and a Diploma in Pediatrics from ICMCH Kolkata, Dr. Mishra brings strong clinical expertise in pediatric emergency care, neonatal intensive care, newborn care, vaccination, and preventive pediatrics.
